I learned that baking takes patience and countless attempts and a few kitchen disasters, then finally you got them right, and the joy of that moment fueled my love for baking even more.
My latest project for 2025 is a delightful creation: a rich, thick hot chocolate that I'm excited to share with you.

My new project...
Hi. I'm Silvia, a devoted wife and proud mum of two wonderful boys. I absolutely love sharing my passion for cooking and baking through my YouTube channel, where I create fun and delicious recipe videos. In 2025, I decided to take a new challenge to launch my very own hot chocolate drink, crafted in my own kitchen and developed with love.
I needed new project for 2025 and when I found myself with iron deficiency my friend google said to drink Cocoa as it has high concentration of iron. So there I am drinking amazing hot chocolate in one coffee place and really bad one in another one. The new idea was born: I decided to develop my own recipe for great quality (*organic) hot chocolate that all UK coffee shops can make and proudly serve!
